welcome,
we do things
differently here.

join me in envisioning a world

based in wellbeing for all.

so how do we do that?  find out!

we all need courage to make change in our lives

I am Hester Wylde, and I am here to support you in your personal journey of healing, and wellbeing.

My approach integrates my training in Chinese medicine, sound healing, contemplative traditions such as Buddhism, as well as my training in connecting to the energy body to help resolve emotional, psychological and physical issues. I offer a non-judgemental empowering space to help you come to terms with yourself as you are.

I am passionate about helping others navigate their lives holistically, heart-fully, honestly and humbly. We all need someone to help us build our confidence to take the next right step in our lives, and I would be honoured to help you find yours.

This work is helpful with anxiety, stress management, low self esteem, overwhelm, burnout, heartbreak, anger, frustrations, resentment, addictions, physical pain, depression, life transitions, grief, loss, questioning gender identity or sexuality.

If you want to approach life more calmly, and find more joy and gratitude, then you have come to the right place!

LGBTQ+ meditation retreat

5 jul to 12 jul 2024

Book now for a retreat exploring meditation — body, breath, heart and energy. For those who have been on retreat before, as much of it will be held in silence in order to allow for depth of connection. There will be talking circles several times during the retreat as well, as a practice of listening and speaking from the heart.

Email me for more information.
To book, contact Dhanakosa Buddhist Retreat Centre.
